Campsites will be available beginning noon, Thursday, November 3, 2011. ALL Campers must depart by noon, Sunday, November 6, 2011. Hours of Registration: Thursday: Noon until 8 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.; Saturday: 8 a.m. until noon. There are a limited number of campsites available.
The Camping Package is $ 200.00, and this covers up to three nights camping and includes (2) Thursday 'Kick Off Party' tickets, (2) Friday Street Party Tickets and (2) Saturday, Concert & Ride Tickets.
Tent package is $150.00
RV sites: 20ʻx60ʼ. Tent sites 20ʻx30ʼ. We will NOT guarantee availability without advance payment/registration.
There are NO hookupʼs (water/sewage/electrical) available.
A Sump Truck will be available Friday, Nov. 5, Saturday, Nov. 6, and Sunday, Nov. 7, until noon each day. A fee will be charged by the operator. Items provided at camping areas: Portable Toilets, Hand Washers, Trash Containers, Security Lighting and Nightly Security.
Camping Rules & Regulations
CONCERT TICKETS MUST BE PRESENTED IN ORDER TO BE ADMITTED TO CAMPGROUND. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NOTE: If you purchased a Camping Package online, we will have a record of your purchase at Camping Registration when you check in. Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands, which must be worn at all times. A Camper Registration form shall be completed and rules and disclaimers accepted by Camper prior to setting up. NO EXCEPTIONS. All Campers are to check in at the Registration Tent upon arrival. No open fires or fire rings allowed. Trenching or setting holes prohibited. Possession of illegal drugs, firearms, or fireworks is strictly prohibited. Campers must clean their campsite before departure. Absolutely NO dumping. Camper will be held responsible for cleanup if this occurs.
Pets must be on leashes or otherwise confined at all times. Pet owner is responsible for cleaning behind pets. Pets are not permitted in Vendor or Concert areas. service animals only. No fishing, swimming or bathing in ponds.
Camper must display camping permit and vehicle pass at all times. Registered Campers are responsible for the actions and any destruction caused by others who ate traveling with or visiting while the Camper is on the premises.
